Garage Flake Floor Coatings
Durable garage floor coatings built on thorough diamond grinding, detailed concrete repairs, and a coating system selected for your floor. Choose from decorative flake finishes with epoxy and polyaspartic options, installed by our family-owned business.
Quality garage coatings start with thorough concrete preparation. We use commercial diamond grinders—including our 30-inch, approximately 1,000-pound grinder—to prepare large areas efficiently, with smaller grinders for edges and detailed work. Commercial vacuum systems help control dust during grinding.
We inspect and address cracks, divots, pitting, and other surface damage, and evaluate moisture conditions before selecting the coating system. Preparation depends on your concrete’s condition, with careful repairs and thorough cleaning creating the foundation for a lasting finish.
UV Protection & Return to Service
We offer UV-stable polyaspartic topcoats to help protect your garage floor’s finish from sunlight exposure, including near the garage door. Our garage coating systems typically allow foot traffic after 24 hours and vehicle use after 48 hours from application of the final coat. Timing depends on the selected system and site conditions, and we provide specific care and return-to-use instructions for your floor.
Coating Options for Your Garage
We offer epoxy and polyaspartic coating options with decorative flake blends to suit your garage. During an onsite consultation, we assess the concrete’s condition, moisture, and intended use, then recommend an appropriate system. We also bring color samples, measure the floor, and explain preparation requirements and return-to-use timing.
Garage Floor Coating Pricing & Estimates
Two-car garage floor coating projects start at $2,000.
Investing in quality now helps avoid costly repairs in the future. Although cheaper options may seem like a money-saving choice initially, they can lead to greater expenses later. Approximately 60% of our garage coating projects involve repairing or replacing coatings that were previously installed incorrectly. That experience reinforces our focus on thorough concrete preparation, appropriate coating systems, and careful application.
