What Is a Neat Coat?
A neat coat is a solid color concrete coating that creates a consistent appearance without a decorative flake or metallic pattern. We offer epoxy, polyaspartic, and high-wear urethane options, selecting the system based on the concrete’s condition, the environment, and how the space will be used.
Options for Your Space
Depending on the selected system, options include moisture-mitigating primers, UV-stable finishes, and low-odor products for indoor applications. For exterior surfaces, we strongly recommend traction additives and help you choose a texture suited to the space.

Preparation Makes the Difference
We diamond grind the concrete, address necessary repairs, and thoroughly clean the surface before applying the selected coating system. Where needed, we use an appropriate primer and inspect between coats to address bubbles, pinholes, and other visible imperfections before the final finish.
